Having a slab leak is a terrible experience but using RWD Services to fix it and prevent future leaks was a great decision. Carol was so nice and understanding. Austin worked his tail off and took time to explain things to us. I really appreciated that they tried to leave as little mess given the work they had to do. So glad I called RWD!

I have used RWD Services for 2 slab leaks in my home. I could not be happier with their work. Both times they arrived on time and got right to work. On the first slab leak they took special care in figuring out how my water lines run underneath my house. Next they explored every possible way to re-route the leaking line. They gave me some options and let me decide the way to go. They re-routed the line and restored my water in one day. As expected they had to cut into some walls to reroute the line, but they made the minimum amount of holes. On the second slab leak, which occurred 9 months later on a different line, the results were the same. They even remembered how my lines are run under my house, which really helped in deciding how to fix it. These are big jobs that require tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, especially on a 2-story home. RWD Services is up to the task. They communicate with you through the entire job. They will respect your home and property. They clean up after the job and put furniture and/or appliances back in place before they leave. They will treat your home as if it were their home.

We used RWD to locate and fix a slab leak this summer. They were incredible! They were able to re route the plumbing through the attic, and saved us thousands of dollars. I've worked with Mark and had a great experience. So yesterday when I noticed a hissing sound in my wall I called him immediately. He had Austin and Eli come out that same day. They diagnosed the issue and worked on a resolution. They were able to make the repair yesterday before the end of the day. They were both so knowledgeable and polite! My wife and I are now repeat customers of RWD Services. Eight months after Randy and his team fixed three sewer line leaks under our old house, two fresh water leaks were discovered under our new house. Both of the latest leaks required rerouting through the attic and behind the walls of two bathrooms. I was very pleased with his approach, and he kept the damage of our interior to a minimum. Again, I appreciated his timely updates, he showed-up when he said he would, he held to his word on price, and they cleaned-up thoroughly when done.
